My paintings begin with a moment in nature and are influenced by the mood and colours around me. Each piece is deeply personal, shaped by my connection to the scene and emotions it evokes. I make marks and shapes, always blending as I go. I build up areas that feel right, working over other parts until everything comes together. It’s a fluid process where I let the painting evolve naturally, allowing the piece to guide me along the way.
